At Abdul Bashed, we provide Digital Marketing, WordPress, WooCommerce, Google Merchant Center, Google Ads, GA4, and Shopify-related services. Due to the nature of our work, which involves time, expertise, and digital delivery, all services are generally non-refundable once the work has begun.
Non-Refundable Policy
When you purchase a service from us, you are paying for:

Because of this, completed services and digital deliverables cannot be returned, and refunds will not be issued simply for change of mind, miscommunication, or unmet expectations without valid cause.
Conditional Refunds
Client satisfaction is our highest priority. In rare cases, a partial or full refund may be considered under the following conditions:

The client’s goals were not met, despite full cooperation and timely delivery from both sides

The request is made within 7 days of service completion or delivery

Refunds are not issued for delays caused by lack of client communication, incomplete access, or change of requirements during or after project execution.

For subscription-based or monthly services, refunds are only applicable before the new cycle begins.
