Payment Terms

Upfront Payment Required: All services must be paid for in full before work begins, unless a milestone-based or subscription agreement is made in writing.

Subscription & Retainer Services: For ongoing monthly services, invoices will be generated and charged automatically based on the agreed schedule.

Invoicing

After confirmation of service, a digital invoice will be sent via email or Stripe.

Payment confirmations will be issued immediately upon successful transaction.
Failed or Disputed Payments

In case of a failed payment, we will notify you and pause all services until payment is successfully completed.

For disputed or unauthorized transactions, we reserve the right to suspend work until the issue is resolved.
Security & Privacy
Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant and ensures secure encryption for all payment transactions. We do not store or have access to your full payment card information.
